Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican-born American who was raised in El Paso. She has entertainment gene in her family. From a very young age, Karla (Host for Univision's Despierta America!) and others from the family were around her. From the time she was a kid the family of her mother was in the company of television hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of the Univision show Despierta America! Andrew Martinez is the vice president for Safety Security as well as business Resiliency at Southern California Edison, one of America's biggest electric utilities. The top priority of SCE is worker safety, corporate security, and business resilience. He manages the various programs and initiatives of SCE. Martinez is in charge of providing security leaders throughout the company with the guidance and high-quality training programs that they need to meet their goals for the safety group. Martinez served as director of Safety Training and Compliance in Transmission & Distribution for SCE prior to his current position. Previous to this, Martinez served as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In his 30-year tenure at SCE Martinez has held several management positions in corrective actions and improvement initiatives, including posts in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) focused on protecting employees as well as the general public from dangers.
